Albert_Einstein......

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.

Process Integration  Knowledge Management  Customer Requirements  Problem Solving

The fundamental purpose of an optimized enterprise is to deliver to the Customer, in the most cost-effective way, exactly what the Customer requires. What differentiates the exceptional enterprise from its competitors is when its Customer is left feeling enriched as a result of the transaction.

In other words, the super Supplier not only delivers what was contracted for but is also able to provide unexpected value to the Customer. Examples could include the fact that success is achieved at a cost surprisingly lower than the competitors’; information, improvement ideas or insights are offered by the Supplier to enhance what the Customer is producing; and referrals of additional resources are provided to the Customer.

Of course, an intimate understanding of the Customers’ needs is what positions a Supplier to provide the added value. Knowledge Management describes the affirmative action that is taken to ensure that the right information is available to the right individuals at the right time pursuant to a clearly defined goal.  An overarching goal of superlative Customer satisfaction provides a foundation upon which Customer specific information is transferred back into the enterprise, across functional boundaries, digested and new intelligence developed concerning how to enhance what is to be provided to the Customer, now and in the future.

The marriage of Knowledge Management, with Process Integration and CPI Facilitation turbocharges the collective efforts of all those enterprise members who we know woke up in the morning wanting to do good work!
