Albert_Einstein......

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.

Process Integration  Knowledge Management  Customer Requirements  Problem Solving

Your enterprise is a human activity system consisting of a network of interdependent subsystems that are working together to accomplish the aim of the system…. maybe.  Each of the subsystems takes input, and by a sequence of activities intended to produce a value added result, transforms it into value added output.  Those numerous sequences of activities, the processes, are what link the subsystems together in the production of deliverables to the external Customers.

What is the aim of your system?  Is it clearly articulated and understood?  What is your enterprise’s code underlying the creation of value to be provided to your Customers and to ensure that your subsystems are working together?

The pattern of relationships and interaction between your enterprise’s functions and disciplines determines the value stream in the transformation of resources into products and service to be delivered to your Customers.  It is your organization’s DNA.  Optimization in the integration of an enterprise’s processes requires that the members in each of the subsystems are able to think globally and act locally. It requires that each member understands the interdependencies and is able to exercise their self-controlling processes to ensure that the needs of their internal customers are completely satisfied pursuant to achieving Complete Customer Satisfaction.
